Delivery and Shipping

Please note that the cost of shipping is not included in the price of any Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®. The cost of shipping within the UK is dependent upon the weight and value of your order and will be calculated by the shipping carrier. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to request a quote.
Bowls can also be collected from our studio in East London, please email us to arrange the pick up of your order.

Inerntional Delivery

We ship all over the world. The cost of shipping for international orders is calculated based upon the weight and destination of your order. Sound Universe London (SUL) is UK VAT registered and able to ship your bowl internationally at 0% VAT.
We strongly recommend you to enquire with your local customs office for any customs and import duties, as well as local Value-Added Tax (VAT) or Sales Tax that may be due before receiving your order so that you do not incur unexpected charges.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch to request a quote for priority or International shipping.
You can track your package using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Longer delivery time is to be expected when we ship abroad.
When you place an order to purchase a product from SUL, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when confirmed by an email. We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion.

VAT Post Brexit

Prior to the exit of the UK from the European Union (Brexit), all shipments to an EU country would incur the UK 20% VAT. Following Brexit, SUL as the trading name of Ascent Crystal Limited, a VAT registered company, is able to ship internationally to EU countries excluding the UK 20% VAT. Payment of any customs and import duties and VAT will be the responsibility of the customer.
We offer two prices per item, one including the 20% VAT for any persons residing within the UK and Northern Ireland, and one excluding 20% VAT for anyone residing outside of the UK and Northern Ireland. Any customs and import duties and VAT will need to be paid, most likely before the shipping carrier will release your items for delivery. Each EU country will have a different process, therefore we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for the charges, fees and taxes you may be required to pay on import.

Orders and Payments

Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls must be paid for in full before collection/shipping.
All transaction/ bank fees for international payments must be paid for by the client.
Shipping is not included in the price of any Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®. We ship worldwide and the shipping cost varies in different countries. We shall provide an estimated shipping quote (indicative and subject to changes) upon your request.
International shipping may incur additional customs duties or local taxes. Payment of any customs duties or local taxes remains the sole responsibility of the client.
SUL is not held liable for any damages that occur during transit if the client arranged for a courier service rather than an in-person collection.
Reservation of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® is confirmed upon the placement of a non-refundable 50% deposit. Shipping will be arranged after full payment is made.
Flexible payment options are available - either monthly, or subject to mutual discussion and agreement. The Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® will be shipped/collected after making full payment.
Please note that the rates for value added taxes and customs will depend on the destination country.

Returns Policy

To ensure that the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl® you choose is right for you, we offer a free advisory service, photos and video recordings. If you are unsure if this process is sufficient for you to determine what you like to purchase, you may book an appointment with SUL in person, at our physical store, to play the bowls before you commit to purchasing. Therefore, we are unable to offer a returns policy if you change your mind unless by prior arrangement with SUL before purchase.
This does not affect you if the bowl is damaged or broken upon arrival.
